Unfortunately we are having to cancel the parkrun at Crystal Palace Park on 26th May 2011 due to a motor racing event that is taking place in the park on that weekend.
2nd Anniversary!!!!
2nd June 2012
It has been moved our anniversary for the 2nd June and we would like to invite everyone to come along and celebrate this great occasion with us!
The anniversary celebration coincides with the parkrun runfree events taking place that weekend. The plan is very simple - bring along your friends and family, dig out your finest fairy tale costume and most importantly bring along some cakes, treats or drinks for a 'bring & share' picnic after the event.
Please take any goodies that you bring with you up to the finish area before the start of the event where our marshals and volunteers will set them up ready for the end of the race. If you have any foldable tables, gazebo or willing family members to help set out / guard the goodies please bring them along to help out our team of volunteers who will also be trying to run the event as usual on the day!
So whether you are a regular runner, have turned out a few times or even signed up but have never taken part at Crystal Palace before it would be great if you could join us to help celebrate our successful second year in the parkrun family!
We hope you all have a great day and that the event continues to flourish for many more years to come!
