Every two minutes someone in the UK is told they have cancer. Ladies, let’s walk, jog or run Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life 2012 to help more of them survive.

Sheffield Varsity 10K |

The First Sheffield Varsity 10K Race is coming to Don Valley on Sunday 25th March.
The race will be supporting St Luke’s Hospice and at least £3 from each entry plus 100% of all profits from the race will go directly to the hospice to go towards the £4 million they need each year just to keep supporting people with incurable illnesses in Sheffield.

Sheffield Hallam parkrun 1 year anniversary
This saturday is the 1 year anniversary for the Sheffield Hallam parkrun! ...and to celebrate we'll be starting off with the Awards from the year (8.50) before completing the run.
Afterwards we've set up a 'meal deal' at the cafe. Buy a breakfast/Bacon Butty and receive a free Tea/Coffee.
Not just that though, the parkrun enjoys a great community spirit so bring and share cakes too!

The preview is this Friday (24th June) 6-8pm with the main sale starting Saturday!
