Barrow parkrun 351
The park was awash with purple on Saturday for the annual Barrow parkrun in honour of Alice Pyne. Thank you to all the people who donated cakes for the cake sale and all the money raised will go to Alice's Escapes charity which provides free family holidays for seriously and terminally ill children.
We had tourists joining us from various running clubs including: Tamar Trotters, Vegan Runners, Sparkhill Harriers, Canicross Midlands,Spa Striders RC and Tyne Bridge Harriers.

We welcome children at parkrun. Please note that those under the age of 11 must be within arm's reach of a parent, guardian or designated adult of the parents' choice whilst attending 5k parkrun events. It must also be ensured that children place themselves appropriately at the start so as to prevent a situation where they are being repeatedly overtaken. This is to ensure the safety of your child.
See you all soon
