The course is one lap on firm, flat and wide tracks of compacted earth and gravel. Fast times can be expected.
Route
The start is just beyond the far west end of the car park past the Go Ape centre and café.
The route goes north for 630 metres before turning right (signed).
Follow this wide track (which swings gradually to the right) ignoring all side turnings for 1.56 Kms. Until the main A412 road is reached at the bottom south east corner of the park.
Turn right (signed) and go forward for 550 metres with the main road just outside the park on your left hand side until reaching a crossing of tracks.
Turn right again (signed) and continue on this track for 350 metres to a fork of tracks.
Take the right fork (signed) and continue for another 750 metres ignoring all side turnings until reaching the next sign.
Turn left and go forward for 350 metres to a “T” junction at the heathland area.
Here turn left again (signed) and run in 810 metres to the left turn and immediate finish.
