It was warm and sunny for the 144 people who ran or jogged the course this morning as we welcomed 46 first timers and representatives of 16 different clubs. At least 10 were first time ever to parkrun and there were visitors from as far afield as South Africa.
Well done to the 14 who recorded new Personal Bests and to Adam Jundi who led the field home for the 19th time and Alice Rudd of Hardley Runners who led the ladies home for the 24th time.
Catherine Smith of NF Juniors set a new PB and again set the highest Age Grade score topping 80% for the first time.
Congratulations to young Charlotte Welch who joined the 50 Club today and gets top marks for loyalty having run them all at Brockenhurst!
Many thanks to the 14 stalwart volunteers who made today's event possible.
Please consider volunteering at least 3 times a year as many of the volunteer roles still allow you to run.
