Brockenhurst parkrun #257 – 23rd June 2018

What a perfect morning for a parkrun, warm and sunny and enjoyed by the 118 people who ran, jogged and walked the course.  29 were first timers and 8 of these were First Time ever parkrunners - Karen Hood, Jack Kearney, Max Belson, Vicky Belson, Fiona Packer, Donna Pithers, Phil Jenkins and Elanor Sheather. Thank you for choosing Brockenhurst, see you all for your 2nd run next week ?

Congratulations to the 26 who recorded new Personal Bests including Catherine Smith, leading lady for the 3rd successive week with a new PB and an impressive new highest 81.63% age grade. Well Done Catherine.

Well done also to Adam Jundi who led the field home for the 20th time and equalled his outright parkrun PB of 3 years ago.

There were two loyal runners who ran Milestone runs today with Jenny Hughes of NFR doing all 50 of her runs at Brock and young Cara Pilling joining the Junior 10 Club.

Representatives of 12 different clubs took part.

It would be lovely to have some more regular volunteers in the Volunteer Coordinator and Run Director roles, Please.  These roles are interesting and easy to do, always happy to show what to do.
