If you have run at any of our events before, you are registered. If you need to change your registration details, please follow the update link in the weekly newsletter email, your results email or in your original registration confirmation mail.

Nothing - it's free! but please register in advance.

How fast do I have to be?

We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at The Garden Tea Rooms (100m from the Edgbaston Road entrance to the park, follow the main path from the gate and the cafe is on your left) - please come and join us.
