Well done to all 162 parkrunners who completed Clacton Seafront parkrun on another sunny day.

There were 23 first timers today, we welcomed tourist from Beeston, Colchester and Chelmsford I hope you enjoyed your run with us.  Congratulations to the 30 parkrunners who recorded new Personal Bests and to Dexter PRICE who completed his 50th parkrun.

First finisher today was Josh SOWMAN with a time of 17:08 last time we saw Josh was in October so this was Josh’s first time running the new course.  Second was Ben SELDON with 19:14 and third was Paul CONNEL with a PB of 19:47.

First female over the line was Sue SAVVA with a PB 23:32, second was Sarah PAKE a first timer, who was running with her 10 year old son with 25:02 and third was Katie THORPE with 26:11.

The male record is held by Ramadan OSMAN who recorded a time of 16:07 on 1st January 2019 (event number 112).
The female record is held by Daisy GLOVER who recorded a time of 18:32 on 1st January 2019 (event number 112).
The Age Grade course record is held by Ros TABOR who recorded 89.11% (24:11) on 4th August 2018 (event number 91).

Clacton Seafront parkrun started on 15th October 2016. Since then 2,778 participants have completed 14,127 parkruns covering a total distance of 70,635 km, including 2,921 new Personal Bests. A total of 270 individuals have volunteered 1,703 times.
