Warm welcome and lovely to see 128 of you turn up to tackle the ups and downs of Clair parkrun. A beautiful morning with plenty of cake brought in by Pauline Sutherland who was volunteering for the 25th time, and by Cath Beckett and family to support Cath doing her 100th run. Check your progress and see when you can get your well earned tops.

We had guests today from Bushy Park and Upton CT Park in Slough. We hope we made you feel welcome. It was also lovely to see we had 7 new to parkrun and 6 new to Clair.
22 of you gained PB's of which I'm sure you are chuffed with. Louis Taub did a whopping 78.39% age grading and was first to the finish funnel in 17.49. Kirsty Armstrong came in as first female in 21mins. Great effort from both of you and everyone else who followed you through. Finishing with a rather faster than usual tail walker finish in a time of 38.43. Can only say I chose the right week to do RD.

Don’t forget we head over to Waitrose, just across the rd for a cuppa after, if any of you want to come along. Plenty of even more cake on offer. Also toilets there as well as Clair Hall. Now we have no water in the park pavilion loos are totally out of bounds.
