About Us

Event Director (Ashlee Corfe)

After successfully setting up Bromley parkrun and handing it over to a well trained, confident and friendly team at Bromley I thought that South London could do with another parkrun and there wasn’t a better place than Crystal Palace park. I think that the heritage and the build-up to the Olympics will impact this park and what a time to utilise the space with local runners during this occasion. I look forward to working with all the volunteers and seeing all the runners at Crystal Palace parkrun.

Monthly Prize

The Sweatshop prize is awarded monthly. The winner is decided at our discretion and will be announced at the first run of every month. It is awarded to encourage dedication to Crystal Palace parkrun, consistency and improvement over the month. The prize is a new pair of running shoes, provided and fitted by Sweatshop.

Volunteer!

Crystal Palace parkrun relies on volunteers for its entire organisation. These volunteers are friendly, confident, inviting people and always willing to assist you.

If you aren't running and can spare some time on a Saturday, then please get in touch via CrystalPalaceHelpers@parkrun.com - every helper is valued. Also, if you have any other ideas, times or skills you‘d like to offer to Crystal Palace parkrun, then please let us know - email CrystalPalaceOffice@parkrun.com.

Thanks to all those who‘ve already offered - without you there wouldn‘t be a Crystal Palace parkrun!
