Edinburgh parkrun - Weekly Free 5km Timed Run

Edinburgh parkrun is free but you must register in advance.
Please click here, and fill in the simple form by 6pm on Friday at the latest.

If you have run at any of our events before, you are registered. If you need to change your registration details, please follow the update link in the weekly newsletter email, your results email or in your original registration confirmation mail.

Looking for your Barcode?

A link to your personal barcode can be found in:

your initial registration email
your weekly newsletter email (if you have signed up to receive it)
your results email whenever you run
OR you can request a reminder email

Please bring it with you every time you run.

What is Edinburgh parkrun?

It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock.

When is it?

Every Saturday at 09:30
Please note: because of the darker mornings in the winter, the Scottish parkruns start half an hour later than those south of the border.

Where is it?

It's run on Edinburgh promenade. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing - it's free! but please register in advance.

How fast do I have to be?

We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
