Gorleston Cliffs parkrun - Weekly Free 5km Timed Run

Gorleston Cliffs parkrun is free but you must register in advance. Please register here by 6pm on Friday at the latest.		If you have run at any of our events before, you are registered. If you need to change your registration details, please follow the update link in the weekly newsletter email, your results email or in your original registration confirmation mail.

Register on-line then come along to Walk, Jog or Run. All abilities are welcome.

It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock.

We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at the Cafe among the lower level shops - please come and join us.
