newyear

Hello everyone

We will be starting the New Year as we mean to go on........with a New Year's Day parkrun starting at the usual time of 9:00am (Tuesday 1st January).  For those who fancy an extra challenge, we will be doing our usual "double" and parkrunning with our neighbours at Oak Hill who will be starting at 10.30am.

Please note that on New Year's Day only, both parkruns count in the table of completed runs.

What if I am not in Winchmore Hill for New Year ??
There is a special page of Christmas and New Year parkrun arrangements at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/special-events

Some parkruns are happening on Christmas Day and New Year's Day and some are not, and in some cases times will be changed. The Christmas and New Year Compendium will tell you which parkruns are happening and if they have changed their start time on either date. So if you are away from Winchmore Hill for Christmas or New Year, there may still be a parkrun you can experience. Note that the Christmas and New Year Compendium page will be updated continuously between now and Christmas as individual parkruns make their decisions, so suggest you check regularly for updates.

Please note that parkruns may cancel at short notice due to poor or dangerous weather conditions, so you are advised to check the website of individual parkruns that you plan to visit closer to the time.
