Llanelli Coast parkrun Event number 89 – 25th August 2018

On a lucky dry morning,his week 155 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 30 were first timers and 45 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 20 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Christian LOVATT who recorded a time of 15:16 on 17th February 2018 (event number 63).
The female record is held by Hannah BROOKS who recorded a time of 17:44 on 12th May 2018 (event number 74).
The Age Grade course record is held by John CAMBELL who recorded 96.93% (21:41) on 31st December 2016 (event number 7).

Llanelli Coast parkrun started on 19th November 2016. Since then 2,818 participants have completed 12,479 parkruns covering a total distance of 62,395 km, including 2,920 new Personal Bests.

 

Llanelli Coast parkrun Event number 88 18th August 2018

This week 201 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 48 were first timers and 37 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 25 different clubs took part.

It was nice to see a  various tourists  visit us , including a large  group of runners from Aberdare , who were spending the weekend at nearby Pembrey Country park, at a training camp.

This was a record attendance for our event.

Llanelli Coast parkrun Event – number 70 – 14th April 2018

This week 150 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 26 were first timers and 30 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 15 different clubs took part.

On a nice sunny spring morning, it was nice to see all enjoy, after the last few months of rain, cold and windy weather.
