Event 25 - Volunteers needed |
|
|
You can probably guess by the title, but we do need your help, if you haven't done so before we would love you to come along and gives us a hand.
We can only put on these runs with the help of you, the runners. I'm sure you enjoy them as much as we do, but to put them on we need some help. Each week we have 5-6 volunteers who give up an hour to come and set the course up and help us put on the run. We have lots of jobs from photography, marshalling to registering runners, there is something for everyone.
So please email me and come help us out, we are really short this week, and some new faces would be great.
Regards
Jamie

Albeit a little cold, better weather then recent weeks, and larger turnout, maybe brought on by more pleasant conditions.
The better conditions on the day had little chance to dry out the course, and once again we used our trusty back up course. It was pretty well flooded round by David lloyd again, hopefully we'll be back to our normal course next week.
However where we did run there was actually realy good ground and quick times throughout the field, alot quicker then certainly the last few weeks.
