The morning started off misty and foggy but this did not deter the 444 people who ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 63 were first timers and 85 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 27 different clubs took part.
We had a visitor from Sweden and welcomed the Move against Cancer 5K Your Way group for the first time and who will now be attending the last Saturday of every month.

The male record is held by Unknown ATHLETE who recorded a time of 15:49 on 15th December 2018 (event number 93).
The Age Grade course record is held by Sharon KASSEMZADEH who recorded 91.84% (22:04) on 4th August 2018 (event number 74).
Rickmansworth parkrun started on 4th March 2017. Since then 6,774 participants have completed 36,429 parkruns covering a total distance of 182,145 km, including 8,044 new Personal Bests. A total of 476 individuals have volunteered 2,272 times.
