This week 103 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 12 were first timers and 21 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Male placings:
Paul BURNS (SM30-34) of Motherwell AC, was first over the line in 17:14 - first time in 2 appearances.
Paul THOMPSON (VM60-64) of Cambuslang Harriers, was second over the line in 17:57 - was first to finish once before.
Gary SHAW (VM40-44) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was third over the line in 19:02.

Female placings:
Pauline DOHERTY (VW45-49) of Springburn Harriers, was first (21st overall) over the line in 22:14 - 8th time in 116 appearances.
Janet FELLOWES (VW60-64) of Helensburgh AAC, was second (33rd overall) over the line in 24:17.
Shirley MACNAB (VW50-54) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was third (34th overall) over the line in 24:18.

The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Paul THOMPSON (VM60-64) – 89.32% for the time 17:57 (second overall).
Bobby YOUNG (VM70-74) – 83.98% for the time 21:51 (16th overall).
Janet FELLOWES (VW60-64) – 81.06% for the time 24:17 (33rd overall).

The female record is held by Michelle SANDISON who recorded a time of 17:58 on 18th February 2017 (event number 141).
The male record is held by Jack HEATHWOOD who recorded a time of 15:49 on 15th July 2017 (event number 162).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jeanette C. CRAIG who recorded 94.93% (22:01) on 28th May 2016 (event number 105).
