This week 100 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 11 were first timers and 22 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 15 different clubs took part.

Robert SIMPSON (SM30-34) of Shettleston Harriers, was first over the line in 15:57 - first appearance.
David MURRAY (SM30-34) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was second over the line in 16:41.
Graham MCCABE (VM45-49) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was third over the line in 16:52 - has been first to finish on 61 previous occasions.
Suzanne SHAW (VW40-44) of Kirkintilloch Olympians, was first (14th overall) over the line in 20:42 - 25th time in 45 appearances.
Pauline DOHERTY (VW45-49) of Springburn Harriers, was second (20th overall) over the line in 22:20 - has been first to finish on 9 previous occasions.
Michelle CALLAGHAN (VW45-49) (Unattached) was third (21st overall) over the line in 22:24.
The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Alexander CHISHOLM (VM60-64) – 85.48% for the time 18:56 (6th overall).
Graham MCCABE (VM45-49) – 84.68% for the time 16:52 (third overall).
Robert SIMPSON (SM30-34) – 81.50% for the time 15:57 (first overall).
The female record is held by Michelle SANDISON who recorded a time of 17:58 on 18th February 2017 (event number 141).
The male record is held by Jack HEATHWOOD who recorded a time of 15:49 on 15th July 2017 (event number 162).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jeanette C. CRAIG who recorded 94.93% (22:01) on 28th May 2016 (event number 105).
Springburn parkrun, Glasgow started on 10th May 2014. Since then 2,392 participants have completed 13,399 parkruns covering a total distance of 66,995 km, including 2,626 new Personal Bests.
