This week another big attendance of 349 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 27 were first timers and 78 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 30 different clubs took part.
The larger attendances has one poor side effect with the path on North shore getting very congested for the first 800m. As there is no real room to pass people here, it would help all parkrunners and remove a lot of frustration, if you all took up a suitable position in the start area. Keeping that bottle neck moving and not creating gaps ahead of you will make it quicker for everybody.
The event was made possible by 14 volunteers:
David MURPHY • Helen BROADWAY • Dylan Henry APPLEBY • Keira LEY • Angela COX • Mark COX • Nigel RADCLIFFE • Caroline BOYLE • Kristian MALCOLM • Sheena SINCLAIR • Mary WOODMAN • Joe SMITH • Joseph BRANNAGAN • Ellis ALDERSON
