Wormwood Scrubs parkrun is free but you must register in advance.
Please click here, and fill in the simple form by 6pm on Friday at the latest.

  

If you have run at any of our events before, you are registered. If you need to change your registration details, please follow the update link in the weekly newsletter email, your results email or in your original registration confirmation mail.

Nothing - it's free! but please register in advance.

How fast do I have to be?

We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at the Thames Valley Harriers clubhouse at Linford Christie Stadium when open (or if not, at Coffee Cup Café, 22 North Pole Road, London W10 6QL) - please come and join us.
