Aberystwyth parkrun 383, 30th November 2019

It was a bright and crisp morning for Aberystwyth's 383rd parkrun, with frost on the ground and one icy patch that required a bit of care, some cones and an extra marshall... the first truly wintery parkrun of the season.

This week 102 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 1 was a first timer, and 4 were new to Aberystwyth. 19 people this morning recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 12 different clubs took part.

The first male finisher was Owain SCHIAVONE who was running his 50th parkrun, and the first female finisher was Eloise STRADLING. Congratulations!

This week the finish line team were joined by a new volunteer funnel manager, Max, who might need a little more training in the role.
