Alderford Lake parkrun team were delighted to be able to bring back parkrun to Alderford Lake this week.
A few changes to the course welcomed the regular runners, as we ran, walked and jogged in the opposite direction than we used to. We had 53 first timers to Alderford, we hope that you all, whether regular face or new to us, enjoyed your morning with us.
A special mention to Rob Weir who has been a regular volunteer with us since the very start, completing his final run with us before leaving the area for pastures new, thanks Rob for all your help and support.
