Another beautiful autumn morning for Barrow parkrun this weekend - which saw a great turnout of 175 people to run, jog and walk the undulating course. This included 18 first timers, while 23 participants recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 16 different clubs took part.
Celebrating her 10th parkrun was junior runner Chloe Metcalfe, while David Marr clocked up his 250th run. Also worth a mention was Craig Preston on his 150th - not an official milestone but impressive nevertheless.
