This week 137 people ran, jogged and walked the undulating Barrow course, of whom 5 were first timers and 22 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 8 different clubs took part.
There were celebrations all round this week as no less than four runners clocked up their 50th parkrun - congratulations to Barry Angove, Kay Barton, Caroline Arnold and Lynda Fisher.

Barrow parkrun started on 24th September 2011. Since then 4,845 participants have completed 53,921 parkruns covering a total distance of 269,605 km, including 8,650 new Personal Bests. A total of 715 individuals have volunteered 7,724 times.
