This week 161 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 6 were first timers and 28 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 13 different clubs took part.
1st Male was Robert Armstrong with a new PB in a time of 18:43
2nd Male was Joe Turner with a new PB of 18:51
3rd Male was Christopher Hubbold also with a PB of 18:51
There must have been something in the air this week at Barrow with all these PB’s as the 4th Male Sean Roberts also finished with a PB of 19:14
Along with the other 24 parkrunners with PB’s, well done all of you .
1st Female was Sarah Bouffler with a time of 22.34
2nd Female was Rebekah Krull with a new PB of 23:31
3rd Female was Anna Donahue again with a new PB of 24:14
