This week 183 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 11 were first timers and 16 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 15 different clubs took part.
Dave Rawlinson celebrated his 50th parkrun, while Frank Nash enjoyed his parkrun century. Congratulations also to Ruth Haughian, completing her 250th parkrun.

Barrow parkrun started on 24th September 2011. Since then 5,000 participants have completed 56,188 parkruns covering a total distance of 280,940 km, including 8,889 new Personal Bests. A total of 732 individuals have volunteered 8,003 times.
