Phil WOOD (SM35-39) (Unattached) was first in 16:57 - second win in second appearance.
Keith PURDY (SM30-34) of Annadale Striders, was second in 16:59 - 4 previous wins.
David Andrew Wlliam RAINEY (SM20-24) (Unattached) was third in 17:39.

Letitia MEENAN (VW40-44) of Lagan Valley AC, was first (36th overall) in 22:39 - third win in 15th appearance.
Sarah BENTON (VW40-44) of North Down AC, was second (44th overall) in 23:08.
Marie DEVINE (VW45-49) of North Down AC, was third (47th overall) in 23:57.

The Women's course record is held by Roberta DORNAN who ran in a time of 18:40 on 7th May 2011 (event number 1).
The Men's course record is held by Paul CARROLL who ran in a time of 16:14 on 21st May 2011 (event number 3).
The Age Grade course record is held by Terry EAKIN who recorded a 89.00 % run (18:11) on 7th May 2011 (event number 1).
