The sun didn't come out before we all finished but 511 of you ran, jogged and walked!
28 being first timers and 34 tourists visited.
A MASSIVE 172 recorded new personal bests and representatives of 26 clubs took part.
Some of those tourists where Newark Striders out on their monthly tour to different parkruns.

Joining the 100 milestone club is Tom Smith (red shorts) with a new PB of 24:34.
Celebrating with him where Chris Hewitt, Peter Melia and Joel Hewitt joining in the fun and celebrations dressed as teenage, mutant ninja Turtles!
Also joining the 100 club is Martin Schofiled. Well done both, here's to the next 100
Jacob Allen (JNR) completed his 10th milestone with a PB along with Kat Sanger (JNR) who choose to complete her 10th at Belton. Well done both and we will see you for your 50th milestones.
Well done to Grace Johnstone doing her silver Duke of Edinburgh who stepped up to do the first timers briefing this week. Well done Grace
A few exciting things things to report this week....drum roll please....
1, Colsterworth Medical Practise has become the second certified parkrun practise with Belton House. First was Sleaford medical practise. Wondering what this means….
Improving the health and wellbeing of practise staff
Improve the health and wellbeing of patients and carers, reducing the need for lifelong medications
Raising awareness amongst the parkrun community of services that practices provide
Contribute to the development of a local community and environment that is centered around wellness generation.
Support the UK-wide movement to scale up social prescribing activities

2, Some of you may have heard….Junior parkrun is coming to town!
When up and running it will be at Wyndham Park.
More details will follow but essential funding is required, so if you are in the situation where you can help please donate here please ensure you log it as ‘Grantham Junior parkrun’
