This week tourists Stephanie RUEFF and Richard BARCLAY joined us from the running club Tailenders, Oxford
Tailenders is a running club for bellringers. An increasing number of ringers have been inspired by parkrun to take up middle-distance running, including many who would not previously have imagined they could run 5 kilometrers! Fantastic, well done Tailenders. We loved the Tshirts and the salute, hope to see you again soon.

Important message
Please remember Belton House National Trust host parkrun. Belton House do not open until 09:30 and bring in a very small number of staff to facilitate parkrun. Toilets open approximately 08:30 and we kindly ask you to remember to please take a tinkle before leaving the house!
All volunteers regardless of whether parkrun or National Trust should not be shouted at if facilities have not yet opened, all volunteers regardless of being parkrun or National Trust should be shown respect and kindness, this also goes for other parkland users, we share the parkland we do not own the parkland.

That's all for now folks, don't forget there is no parkrun this Saturday 10th August and we return on the 17th August.
See you all next parkrunday
