11th of the 9th … or 9/11 parkrun

Black Park parkrun #572 11th September 2021

An auspicious day for parkrun but Black Park was a welcome sight on Saturday or for many of us parkrunday as it is known!

We had 428 who took part running, jogging, walking or trotting on 2 or four legs. 8 were doing parkrun for the very first time and 20 were visitors from other parkruns... so 400 regulars!

100: Karen Cobb

50: Alison Thorpe, Sharon Spellman

10: Ella Davey

V25: Jessica Collins

There were many who will now have to find a new local parkrun as they return or go to University. Have fun everyone and remember Black Park is waiting for you ... and over Christmas Holiday it is normally boggy and wet so extra fun!

Well done to all our volunteers this week in pink. If you want to help make the magic happen please email: blackpark@parkrun.com
