Today was run number 477. For anyone who has just returned from Tenerife will know to well that the bus route #477 goes from Costa Adeje to Los Gigantes!

This week 572 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 59 were first timers and 104 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 31 different clubs took part.
