Good job there are prison parkruns now, just look at this lot... if they don't all need locking up I don't know who does!.. Only kidding of course because they are the makers of magic, the perpetrators of parkrun fun...yes it's the volunteers, god love 'em.

This week 187 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 9 were first timers and 18 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 28 different clubs took part.
