It didn't rain but was very hot! No Milestones, a few visitors, we said happy birthday to Fiona and we had an exciting new whiteboard...
we had quite a few new runners this morning which is always a joy to see, here's Mark C pointing out the emergency exits
First back today was Mr Slow aka Darren King, here he is getting some advice on how to Run Better and Move Better from Mr Tickle
Heres Fiona, one of our regular volunteers, sorting out the tokens. It was her 60th Birthday this week so we all said Happy Birthday to her. It was also Carolyns birthday this week but she didn't tell us until near the end so we didn't say happy birthday until now, Happy Birthday Carolyn!
We had a very exciting new whiteboard this week and everyone gave a big oooooooo. Its now easy to pop your name down to volunteer next week and these heros did! Thank you!
On the other side of the board you can say why you thought parkrun was awesome today and a few anonymous random parkrunners said some nice things!
Im afraid this is the finish, scroll down for this weeks stats, see you all next week!
