384 runners were in attendance at this week’s mild, but muddy parkrun here at Conkers. Both the first and second finishers were parkrun tourists, Tim Carter, finishing in an amazing 16:54, and Darren Hale in 17:27. A huge well done to you both!
First woman over the line in 13th position overall was Christina Cooper, in 20:14, followed by Dawn Storer in 21:46, and Ruth Ford in 22:14, who also achieved a new PB today.
We welcomed 47 first timers to the event, including regular parkrunners from other areas.
A huge well done to Liam Buckler, who achieved his 50th parkrun this week, and Sally Jeyes of Ivanhoe runners on her 100th!
Altogether 61 runners got Personal Bests this week, including Jantastic girl’s team leader, Roger Cobb in 28:20 and his son James, finishing in 21:54 - great work, lads!
