A bright winter morning for this parkrun, not quite spring-like but heading in the right direction! There was a lot of mud and forest debris on the course but 225 of you made it round and with 50 new PBs!
We celebrated a trio of juniors joining the 10-club today: Hannah Roberts, Sam Mason, and our first lady finisher Esme Bridge of Vale Royal AC. Meanwhile, Jonathan Collins, also still a junior, earned his 50 shirt! Well done to all of them! We have a few of our regulars very close to their 100th parkrun milestone so we look forward to celebrating those first home grown 100 clubbers in the coming weeks.
We’re always looking for new volunteers, if you can help out from time to time full training is given and there’s a complimentary feel-good factor that comes with the glow of the high vis. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, the facebook page, or speak to any of the core team on parkrunday. Don’t forget you can like our facebook page and follow us on twitter!
