It was a gorgeous sunny morning for our 357th parkrun. We welcomed 202 participants with 12 first timers to parkrun and 12 new to Delamere. Amongst the first timers was Sue Schofield who was looking forward to a relatively flat course compared with the Glossop’s hills she normally runs on.
Charlie Weaver was the first home with yet another PB. This is the third in a row amongst his 183 runs. First female home was Sarah White also with a PB. Today saw a total of 31 PBs with Emma Hall also celebrating her 50th . Well done, to all of you.
Martyn Jones, Tony Range and Max Roberts have imminent milestones (100 and 10) as does Dean Walker with his soon to be 300th. Will it be at Delamere where they celebrate their milestones? Well done also to Lesley Bool, who completed The Great North Run on Sunday but scanned for us on Saturday.
