What a lovely morning that was, the sun made an appearance, the mud wasn’t as bad as we feared and there was even a sighting of a chicken on the course, followed closely by a chef.
Charlotte was our first time RD and in my humble opinion did an absolutely brilliant job.
As ever, I thank our volunteers without whom we simply wouldn’t be able to run the event, you are all brilliant.

This week 270 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 42 were first timers and 37 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 25 different clubs took part.

Dudley parkrun started on 7th January 2017. Since then 4,920 participants have completed 26,431 parkruns covering a total distance of 132,155 km, including 5,575 new Personal Bests. A total of 652 individuals have volunteered 3,256 times.
