Happy 15th Birthday parkrun

Firstly, I want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Parkrun! I think we can all say that Parkrun is a big part of our lives. Like many of you, I love Saturday mornings- the friendly atmosphere and smiley faces. It’s a great way to start the weekend.
I was particularly looking forward to this weeks Parkrun. Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule over the summer I hadn’t had a chance to do much running. Now back at university, I am looking forward to picking it up again. Unlike most of my university friends, I am an early bird- I like an early start to the day. There’s just something about the cold morning air at this time of year that I really like. Despite the grey clouds, fog and wet ground it was a good run. Well done everyone! You can enjoy that piece of cake now.
