Thank you … you are all amazing!

May I start today by saying a heartfelt thank you to all todays marshals and parkrunners who made Falkirk parkrun today such a success … both our regulars and our visitors who today hailed from as far afield as Linlithgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Wales, the Netherlands and Australia! You are all amazing!!!

Today, we were lucky enough to celebrate some fantastic milestones and I would like to thank the 14 registered parkrunners who made Falkirk their first ever parkrun - I know there were more of you first timers as two of the cutest parkrunners we’ve ever had (twins who have just celebrated their 4th birthday) do not appear in the results. First timers, I truly hope that you enjoyed your experience today and that this will not be your last parkrun.

And my sincere congratulations go to the 40 park runners who celebrated a new PB! Go you!!!

Other milestones this weekend saw Claire Leishman run her 50th, Andrew Grant and Karen Davidson run their 100th and Marty Blair, Gordon Hobbs and Gordon Muircroft (yes, I may not have made the announcement before you started but I spotted you in the results) run their 150th! Fantastic!! Congratulations to you all!!!
