Our friends at Life Fit are holding an event for runners of all abilities. Read about it here:
It would be great if our parkrunners could go along and support this event.
For a change of scene, why not try the Kirkintilloch Olympians Broadwood 5K, starting and finishing at Broadwood Stadium? Like our own run, a loch features on the course, it is very inclusive and, whilst not free, is a very reasonable two pounds to enter.
Pre-entry is invited, though entry is generally available on the night (though there is a limit of 250 runners).
