These volunteers have clocked up an incredible 564 events between them! We rely on your help in order to deliver a safe event each Saturday. Please e-mail heartwoodforesthelpers@parkrun.com to let us know when you can help out.

Ross Connor was our first male finisher with a time of 17:54 on his first visit to Heartwood Forest. It’s a testament to our marshals and signs (put out by our pre-event set up volunteers), that he was able to find his way around our winding and twisty course! Heartwood Forest regular, Catherine O’Connor was our first female finisher with a time of 21:01. First young finisher aged (11-14) was Oscar Loveday who completed the course in 19:35 and achieved a PB! Of course, parkrun isn’t just for runners. We were really pleased to see our first nordic walker this week. Chris Millar completed the course in an amazing 40:43.

We always have tail walkers to ensure that everyone gets back safe and sound, which means you’ll never be last!
