This week we were treated to another musical adventure from the pen of the irrepressible and creative Ashling Donohoe-Harrison.

Picking up on the recent craze for sea shanties the briefing was to the tune of The Wellerman which had people humming all day. Ashling’s chorus was particularly apt as we all wait with fingers crossed for parkrun to return soon:

"One day when COVID’s done,  we can meet up for parkrun, but until that day comes we’ll do it virtually. "

Welcome to Sian Milwicz, Stewart Noble, Carrie-Ann Morris, Carol Bickers Trow and Jo Price who all completed their first Henley Wood VIRTUAL parkrun. Carol Bickers Trow and Jo Price, along with Fiona Boyce, were our wombling tail walkers this week; picking up any litter they found on their way.
