What better way to celebrate International Women's Day than to have local running club Essex Ladies doing a club volunteer take-over of most of the roles!
Join us on Saturday 7 March 2020, the day before International Women's Day, in a celebration of female participation at parkruns all around the world.
Why not bring along a female friend, colleague or family member and walk, jog, run or volunteer together!
Can men still participate in parkrun on this day?
Yes, everyone is always welcome to participate at parkrun!
