What a fantastic morning in the park to celebrate our 6th anniversary

We decided to run the reverse course which everyone loves !

The first run of the year at Lanhydrock was a cool and occasionally drizzly one, as always though met with a group of enthusiastic runners. This week 219 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 49 were first timers [fantastic to have new faces every week] and 25 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 24 different clubs took part.

The event was made possible by 15 volunteers and an extra big thank you to all the new volunteers, this event truly would not be possible without our amazing volunteers every week and I for one an extremely grateful to them:

This week was a lovely dry cold morning, 243 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 66 were first timers and 19 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 45 different clubs took part.

Lanhydrock will not be hosting parkrun on New Years Day .However Eden, Heartlands and Penrose are on.

 

Christmas.

Lanhydrock will not be hosting parkrun on Christmas day. Trelissick will be hosting at 9.30 am, and Penrose will be hosting at 9 am.
