This week 142 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 32 were first timers and 27 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 9 different clubs took part.

Male placings:
Josiah BURGESS (SM18-19) (Unattached) was first over the line in 18:21 - second time in 19 appearances.
Stuart BURGESS (VM50-54) (Unattached) was second over the line in 18:22 - has been first to finish on 15 previous occasions.
Tony MARSHALL (VM55-59) (Unattached) was third (4th overall) over the line in 19:30.

Female placings:
Victoria BAKER (SW30-34) (Unattached) was first (third overall) over the line in 19:16 - 6th time in 7 appearances.
Karen LONG (VW45-49) (Unattached) was second (5th overall) over the line in 19:30.
Georgie PRIOR (SW30-34) of Chepstow Harriers, was third (11th overall) over the line in 20:52 - was first to finish once before.

The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Karen LONG (VW45-49) – 83.93% for the time 19:30 (5th overall).
Stuart BURGESS (VM50-54) – 82.94% for the time 18:22 (second overall).
Tony MARSHALL (VM55-59) – 78.80% for the time 19:30 (4th overall).

The female record is held by Jane EVANS who recorded a time of 00:18:01 on 15th April 2017 (event number 69).
The male record is held by Scott CAMPBELL who recorded a time of 00:16:56 on 14th May 2016 (event number 20).
The Age Grade course record is held by Teresa TRANTER who recorded 85.59% (24:03) on 22nd October 2016 (event number 43).

Lydney parkrun started on 2nd January 2016. Since then 1,632 participants have completed 7,437 parkruns covering a total distance of 37,185 km, including 1,767 new Personal Bests.
