There was an unexpected chill in the air along with a bit of a breeze down at Broomfield on Saturday, where 129 people ran, jogged and walked the course, 19 were first timers and 27 recorded new Personal Bests, including the 1st 3 finishers, all being under 20 mins.

We are happy to say that next week's roster is already full due to a take over by Montrose Triathlon club.

The female record is held by Jennifer WETTON who recorded a time of 18:05 on 13th April 2019 (event number 92).
The male record is held by Ross MACKENZIE who recorded a time of 16:16 on 15th June 2019 (event number 101).
The Age Grade course record is held by Morag ELLERY who recorded 85.90% (26:21) on 1st September 2018 (event number 60).
Montrose parkrun started on 8th July 2017. Since then 2,589 participants have completed 13,841 parkruns covering a total distance of 69,205 km, including 3,115 new Personal Bests. A total of 321 individuals have volunteered 1,944 times.
This coming week is pacer week, so look out for those green vests to chase!
