This week was a morning of heavy showers, sunshine and a gusty wind seeing 302 people run, jog and walk in our lovely park. 23 were with us for the first time and 74 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 19 different clubs took part.
Our 19 volunteers were much appreciated for standing out in the wind and rain. Thank you all for your time and enthusiasm

This is Keith & Jo. Keith works for Lincoln City Foundation as a community coach visiting care homes and schools promoting being active as a part of a healthy lifestyle choice as well as being a regular parkrunner.
Rebecca, Jo, Nicola and Hannah are also now regulars at Normanby Hall after joining parkrun as a new year's resolution.
NIcola, Gary, Bradyn, Oliver and Finley were visiting from Adelaide, Australia.
First to finish was Ryan Morris in 17:16. followed by Andrew Weaver in 17:23 and Simon Griffin in a PB of 18:30
First lady to finish was Libby Killick in 22:23 followed by Dawn Broom in a PB of 22:54 and her 336th parkrun. Tarnya Donald was third lady, also getting a PB of 23:22.

Also with more parkrunners now arriving very close to 9am, please remember that parkrun starts at 9am sharp so leave yourselves plenty of time to arrive, park and walk to the start. We won't be delaying the start if your not there......

The female record is held by Abigail SCALES who recorded a time of 19:50 on 9th February 2019 (event number 66).
The Age Grade course record is held by Caroline WHEELHOUSE who recorded 93.64% (20:26) on 7th July 2018 (event number 34).
Normanby Hall parkrun started on 4th November 2017. Since then 3,549 participants have completed 16,410 parkruns covering a total distance of 82,050 km, including 3,883 new Personal Bests. A total of 261 individuals have volunteered 1,531 times.
