What a beautiful day for a park run! Lovely autumn sunshine and the park looking beautiful + 247 keen and happy runners - perfect.
This week 247 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 30 were first timers and 42 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 17 different clubs took part.

There was a birthday run for Ben Offler and best wishes from his children Rory and Rosie.
Drew did his 10th park run today and at only 8 that's a fantastic milestone.
Sue Manoury ran her 50th park run today one day before she's doing her first marathon! We wish her all the best and all our other runners who may be running tomorrow.
The cafe proved hard to find today as the door to enter it was at the back of the hall and it didn't open until 9.30 so next week when you want a coffee remember to look round the back if the front doors aren't open.
My apologies that the volunteers have not had a mention by name this week but the software had a bit of a glitch. You know who you are and we really appreciate what you do. You will still be credited with the volunteer episode and thank you, thank you so much.
Normanby Hall parkrun started on 4th November 2017. Since then 4,388 participants have completed 23,277 parkruns covering a total distance of 116,385 km, including 5,304 new Personal Bests. A total of 315 individuals have volunteered 2,095 times.
