The whole team at Normanby Hall Parkrun would like to wish each and everyone of you a Happy New year. Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to seeing you all again in the New Year. Our next event is on 6th January, same time, same place.
This week 176 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 57 were first timers and 32 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 26 different clubs took part.]
First three finishers were Matthew Nutt 17:11, Andrew Weaver 17:27 and Carl Godley 18:11which is his 5th PB on the trot.
FIrst of the ladies was Abigail Scales in 21:05 followed by Sarah Tyler 22:36 and 3rd lady Olivia El-Rakshy 22:47

Before and after photos of three generations parkrunning with Sue & Ian Tully, who have all made amazing progress throughout 2017. Running today with Sue & Ian were daughters Katy Duffield and Victora Miall, sons in law Ben Miall and Mark Duffield (running on his birthday) and grandson Harvey Duffield in times ranging from 26 minutes to 35:31. As a result of lifestyle changes including parkrun Ian, Katy, Victoria and Ben have lost a fantastic 21stone between them. Well Done Guys and keep parkrunning,

The female record is held by Victoria Jane STONEHEWER who recorded a time of 20:47 on 23rd December 2017 (event number 8).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jane Ruth MORLEY who recorded 86.79% (23:43) on 18th November 2017 (event number 3).
Normanby Hall parkrun started on 4th November 2017. Since then 906 participants have completed 1,642 parkruns covering a total distance of 8,210 km, including 300 new Personal Bests.
