Christmas and New Year’s Day parkruns

We have decided that there will be no Christmas Day event at Pennington Flash.

We will be holding a New Year's Day event and the start time will be 10:30am.

Please get in touch if you can volunteer for this. We hope to see you there!

Festive arrangements at the Flash

Just to get you all feeling festive and contemplating how many parkruns there are till Christmas...
There will be no Christmas Day parkrun at Pennington Flash this year, you'll need to bring our Christmas prezzies on Christmas Eve ;0)
However, we're treating you to a New Years Day parkrun, at the later time of 10.30am. This allows for a well deserved Flasher lie-in, but also means that you can 'do the double' by running at one of our neighbours with an earlier parkrun time. This means there's the potential for a 3 parkrun weekend!!! Golly, we spoil you :0)

Sweatshop Monthly Prize for October 2015

We'd like to thank Sweatshop for their generosity. To congratulate Lynn on her achievements, her prize is a new pair of running shoes fitted at the local Sweatshop.
